Shaw TV Vancouver was a cable television community channel in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The channel operated on cable channel 4 in Metro Vancouver market.

The station was operated by Shaw Communications as part of the Shaw TV network of community channels. Shaw Communications management of the community channel has been plagued with controversy, often being criticized for its limited opportunities for volunteer input and unwelcoming response to independent community programming. In 2002, in response to regulatory changes and community pressure, Shaw TV began to carry programs by independent community groups such as ICTV Independent Community Television Coop and CMES Community Media Education Society, local non-profit neighbourhood organizations which provide training and access to equipment for people in the Lower Mainland who want to participate in the community channel.

Prior to the re-regulation of community television in 2002, ICTV applied for a low-power television license to operate on VHF channel 4 (in September 2001), after Shaw TV threatened to drop its community channel and began using advertising on the channel. In early 2002, the CRTC reversed its decision on deregulating community channels, and notified Shaw Cable to keep Shaw TV on the air in Vancouver.

In April 2017, Shaw announced that it would shut down its Shaw TV services in Calgary, Edmonton and Vancouver on August 15, 2017, under new policies allowing television providers that also own terrestrial stations in "metropolitan" markets to redirect funding from their community channels to support the news operations of the terrestrial station (in this case, the Global stations owned by sister company Corus Entertainment).
